Digital Products & Licensing
E-books and AI agents are sold under a Single Business License unless stated otherwise on the product page: unlimited use inside your own business, including client work, but not for resale or redistribution of the files themselves.
Payment & Refunds
All purchases are one-time payments processed by Stripe or Razorpay — Virgoo Studio never stores your card details. Every product includes a 14-day money-back guarantee; contact us to request a refund.
What's Not Included
Purchasing an AI agent does not include hosting, ongoing support beyond documentation, or a guarantee of specific business outcomes. See each product's "What's Not Included" section for specifics.
Acceptable Use
You may not use this site or its products for unlawful purposes, to build competing marketplace offerings from our materials, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Limitation of Liability
Products are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Virgoo Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
